Property Maintenance Role:

Position:
Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Hourly Rate:
Starting at $17

Highland Management Group, Inc. is in search of a dedicated full-time Property Maintenance Specialist to contribute to our operations. While residing on-site is not mandatory, those who opt to do so will benefit from a greater rent concession.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regular cleaning of communal spaces.
  • Conduct daily property inspections to ensure cleanliness and order.
  • Maintain garages, mechanical areas, and storage facilities.
  • Replace burnt-out light bulbs and clean fixtures.
  • Possess knowledge of water and gas meter shut-off procedures, along with familiarity of all apartment fixtures and sewer clean-outs.

Seasonal Tasks:
Snow removal, leaf raking, weeding, and sidewalk sweeping as required.

  • Thorough cleaning and detailing of apartments.
  • Ensure vacant units are kept clean and presentable.
  • Communicate with management regarding necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
