Hourly Rate:
Starting at $17

Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Property Maintenance Specialist to contribute to our community at Highland properties. While residing on-site is not mandatory, those who opt to do so will benefit from a greater rent discount.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces.
  • Conduct daily property inspections to ensure cleanliness and order.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in garages, mechanical rooms, and storage facilities.
  • Replace burnt-out light bulbs and clean fixtures.
  • Understand the operation of water and gas meter shut-offs, along with all apartment fixtures and sewer clean-outs.

Seasonal Duties:
Manage snow removal, leaf raking, weeding, and sidewalk sweeping as necessary.

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare apartments for new residents.
  • Ensure vacant units are kept in pristine condition.
  • Communicate with management regarding necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
