Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant Surgical Specialist to join our team. This role requires precision, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations during procedures.
Responsibilities:- Aid surgeons with precision during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Meticulously document patient care, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Preoperative tasks, including preparing equipment and maintaining sterile environments.
- Monitor patient status, engage in strategic discussions with surgeons, and handle advanced equipment with finesse.
- Obtain vital radiographs and craft detailed patient narratives.
- BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire).
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
- Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.
