Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant Surgical Specialist to join our team. This role requires precision, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations during procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Aid surgeons with precision during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Meticulously document patient care, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Preoperative tasks, including preparing equipment and maintaining sterile environments.
  • Monitor patient status, engage in strategic discussions with surgeons, and handle advanced equipment with finesse.
  • Obtain vital radiographs and craft detailed patient narratives.
Requirements:
  • BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire).
  • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
  • Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.
