About the Role

BoxPower is seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, benefits, and compensation. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
  • Collaborate with management to create and maintain a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as 401(k) and other retirement plans.
  • Manage employee compensation, including salary, bonuses, and stock options.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for employees, including workshops, webinars, and coaching.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of respect and inclusion.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including employment law, benefits, and compensation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
