About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team at Telecare Stephanie House in Garden Grove, CA. As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and case management for individuals with developmental disabilities and other co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting independence and community integration.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating person-centered and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of experience providing direct care and special services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Complete RBT certification within 6 months of employment and obtain RBT certification within 12 months.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
