Position Summary:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our Chiller product management division as a Senior Product Manager – Air-cooled Magnetic Bearing Chillers. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead product strategies and roadmaps, oversee product lifecycles, and prioritize customer and product requirements.

Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving significant growth. This newly established position will involve working closely with Product Growth Team (PGT) Leaders on a diverse range of strategic products and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading product line strategy and long-term planning, including P&L management and annual operating plans.
  • Managing trade-offs between immediate and long-term product performance metrics such as revenue, margin, and market share.
  • Developing and executing channel strategies to enhance market coverage and improve closure rates.
  • Collaborating with market research teams to define customer needs and establish Critical to Quality (CTQ) specifications for product lines.
  • Creating and implementing a multigenerational product plan (MGPP) that aligns with the overall equipment strategy.
  • Determining pricing strategies and ensuring they align with business objectives while remaining competitive.
  • Working with other leaders to ensure alignment of product line strategies with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Product Management.
  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
  • Experience in Commercial HVAC sales is advantageous.

Essential Skills:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze product profitability metrics.
  • Data analysis capabilities, particularly in statistical applications.
  • Business strategy knowledge, including portfolio management and supply chain management.
  • Sales and marketing expertise, particularly in product promotion and sales techniques.
  • General management knowledge, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Customer and channel strategy analysis skills to identify and target profitable segments.

Compensation:
The base compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000, complemented by an incentive plan.
