Job SummaryThe Regional Merchandise & Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in the organization, responsible for communicating, training, and providing implementation support for marketing and merchandising initiatives across all consumer experience programs and services. This role leads the marketing efforts for the region, driving growth, innovation, enhancing customer and client experiences, and promoting the Company brand.
Preferred candidates should reside in specific metropolitan areas and are expected to travel up to 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Mentors and motivates unit marketing managers to achieve profitability, sales, and impact objectives.
- Acts as a centralized planning resource, overseeing content and standards.
- Participates in client innovation updates, making strategic recommendations based on consumer insights.
- Utilizes market research to validate project goals and leverage opportunities from emerging trends.
- Collaborates with onsite marketing managers to ensure quality and alignment.
- Requires 50% travel.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the food service sector.
- Strategic, creative, and innovative mindset - stays informed on current marketing tools and trends.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on timelines.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts: revenue, margins, costs, and risks.
- Ability to collaborate with various internal functions.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to tailor content for different stakeholders.
