We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Alpha Omega Construction Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for placing orders, tracking and scheduling roofing or siding repairs, materials, and jobs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with field managers, suppliers, builders, homeowners, and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:- Update various records and perform data entry tasks.
- Schedule service requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide follow-up updates as requested.
- Assist the Senior Service Coordinator as needed and perform other duties assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in office or construction industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform some travel.
- Light to moderate lifting up to 15 pounds, pushing, and pulling abilities.
