Join our team at Aloha Hospitality Professionals as a committed and energetic Retail Operations Manager.

The Retail Operations Manager will oversee the maintenance of exemplary service standards and operational effectiveness, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and promoting overall satisfaction among guests, management, and staff.


Key Duties:
Supervise the retail environment and all associated areas in the absence of senior management.

Implement strategies developed by management to enhance sales performance.

Monitor customer interactions to guarantee a welcoming and attentive service experience.

Assist with processing adjustments and returns for staff.

Provide positive feedback and encouragement to all team members.

Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction through proactive communication.

Evaluate business activity and make necessary staffing adjustments to optimize labor costs.

Adhere to procedures for daily financial reviews, pricing checks, ordering, receiving, and tracking inventory loss.

Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all controllable cost items.

Analyze reports to stay aligned with daily sales objectives and weekly goals.

Communicate any concerns regarding product quality and service standards to the culinary team and management.

Assist with product ordering, inventory oversight, and scheduling modifications.

Ensure all team members are equipped with necessary supplies and uniforms.

Enforce adherence to all company policies, standards, and procedures.

Conduct comprehensive pre-shift meetings for each shift.

Document daily activities in the management log.

Follow established cash handling protocols, including cash-outs and bank counts.

Assist with inventory management and weekly product ordering.

Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding beverage service.

Uphold the core values and culture of the company through exemplary leadership.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with retail management software, such as OpenTable and NCR Silver Pro.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to learn and embrace new responsibilities.

Consistent and reliable attendance.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:
Engaging in desk work or computer tasks, along with walking.

Visual, auditory, verbal, and literacy skills.

Physical activities including lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and prolonged standing.

Utilizing chemical agents or wearing protective gear as necessary.
