Retail Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them reach their full potential
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements:
* 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a big-box environment
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound business decisions
