Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Operations Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our support operations, ensuring that our associates are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of support associates to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback to associates to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our support operations.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that our support operations are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to associates to help them resolve complex issues and challenges.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in a quality assurance role or 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $23.20-$26.70, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance, as well as paid time off and other benefits.
