VP Investment Banking Industrial

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Barclays as a Vice President in Investment Banking, Industrial. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advising clients on strategic transactions, including company valuation, strategic advisory, and execution of debt and equity offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their business, financial goals, and industry trends.
- Financial Analysis and Modelling: Create comprehensive financial analysis and models to support client transactions, including company valuation, financial projections, and risk assessment.
- Transaction Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to execute transactions, including debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic advisory services.
- Industry Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform client advice and transaction execution.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues across the bank to ensure seamless execution of transactions and delivery of high-quality client service.
- Strong Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand complex business issues and develop effective solutions.
- Financial Modelling and Analysis: Advanced skills in financial modelling, analysis, and interpretation, with the ability to create complex financial models and reports.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
