Customer Sales Representative Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new clients in the transportation sector to expand our customer base
  • Establish direct relationships with customers to grow new business opportunities
  • Research leads, uncover new opportunities, and guide decision-makers toward utilizing Freightbull transportation services
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase sales volume and expand the business
  • Create value for customers by proactively solving operational needs with both established and creative tactics
  • Negotiate with clients, finalize contracts, and ensure agreements are fulfilled

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to collaborate in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel and actively seek new customers
  • Intelligent time management skills with a priority on profitable activity
