The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role involves providing solutions for flooring needs, working closely with account managers and customers to address various concerns.

The successful candidate will be organized, motivated, and comfortable with technology, including computers and mobile devices. A clear and effective communication style is essential, with the ability to handle phone calls, texts, and emails efficiently.

This position requires the ability to type sales tickets and deliveries accurately, as well as comprehend and fill out paperwork properly. Understanding basic construction practices and building components is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with account managers and other team members to achieve sales goals and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed solutions to clients.

  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
  • Basic knowledge of construction practices and building components.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
