Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant Education. This position offers full-time hours and is contracted through our organization, providing stability and support throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address students' speech and language disorders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a supportive environment that fosters communication skills.
  • Therapy Services and Progress Monitoring: Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress towards goals, documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education and Licensure: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders, and Rhode Island state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families.
