Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs, goals, and progress.
  • Therapy Sessions: Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to promote student progress and achievement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of services provided, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid SLP state license.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and experience working with pediatric populations is desirable.
