Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language services to students within a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions based on assessment findings.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings, focusing on achieving communication goals.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress and achievement.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state license or certification as an SLP.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
