Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Market appropriate products and services to customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions.

Requirements
  • Sales experience and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Property and Casualty license (currently held) and ability to obtain Life and Health license
