Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at TeamLogic IT. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and developing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold calling
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales training and coaching to the sales team
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a services or consultative sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of IT services and cybersecurity solutions
