Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at TeamLogic IT. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and developing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold calling
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide sales training and coaching to the sales team
- 2+ years of sales experience in a services or consultative sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of IT services and cybersecurity solutions
