Job Title: Toll Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Toll Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process payments and manage customer accounts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
