Job Opportunity

SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Fitness Instructor - Stretching and Mobility Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company that specializes in assisted stretching and flexibility training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for clients.
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to ensure a positive and effective experience.
  • Build and retain client relationships through excellent customer service and sales outreach.
  • Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes, and booking recurring appointments.
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to company policies and safety rules.
  • Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching and flexibility techniques.
  • Handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention.
  • Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use.

Requirements:

  • Passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on training with clients.
  • Fitness certification required.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment that welcomes all clients.
  • Fantastic communication skills and empathy.
  • Must be able to connect with clients and help them achieve their goals.
  • Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to attendance policies.
  • Must be available to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training.

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour for stretching members, with additional hours available at $10 per hour when not stretching.
