Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their wellness goals
  • Build strong relationships with clients to increase retention and membership
  • Manage client care by delivering exceptional stretching experiences and updating client notes consistently
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and StretchLab policies
  • Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
  • Handle client concerns and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote the studio

Requirements:

  • Passion for boutique fitness and stretching
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness environment where you provide hands-on training to clients
  • Fitness certification required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work part-time with potential for full-time as clients are added to your book of business

Compensation: $22-$25/hour for stretching members, $10/hour for supporting the studio when not stretching
