Job Title: Personal Trainer

SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality stretch sessions and group classes to clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals
  • Build and retain client relationships through excellent customer service
  • Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience and updating client notes consistently
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and StretchLab policies
  • Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote the studio
Requirements:
  • Passion for boutique fitness and stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients
  • Fitness certification required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive environment
  • Ability to connect with people and help them achieve their goals
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Availability to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program
Compensation:

Hourly wage: $22-$25

Additional hours available at $10/hour
