Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their stretching journey.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a fitness or health-related field, preferably as a massage therapist, personal trainer, or Pilates or yoga instructor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
