We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team at SMI IMAGING LLC. As a Travel X-Ray/DEXA Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiographic and DEXA examinations, arranging patients, and producing high-quality images to aid in medical diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform radiographic and DEXA examinations to produce high-quality images
- Arrange patients for radiological and/or DEXA examinations
- Prevent patient exposure to unnecessary radiation
- Utilize and operate equipment and mechanical devices to provide a functional, effective, and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public
- High School Diploma
- Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program in an AMA-approved school
- Registration as a Radiologic Technologist by the A.R.R.T. and current license by MRTBE in the state of Arizona
- Valid "hands-on" CPR certification

Physical Demands:This position requires lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, pushing and pulling more than 40 pounds, and frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasional balancing and stooping.
Good visual and auditory acuity, as well as good manual dexterity, are essential. You must be able to work in a stressful environment and be exposed to biohazards and chemicals as outlined in the MSDS Manual.
