License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse
Certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS Required
Must-Have: OR Experience
Job Description:
  • Perform scrubbing and circulating duties for operative procedures.
  • Assist department admissions to the operative suite while adhering to standards and appropriate aseptic techniques.
  • Consult and coordinate with team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans.
  • Serve as a communication liaison for patients, families, and the operating team.
  • Prepare the operating room for the patient and surgical procedure.
  • Assemble equipment and supplies, ensuring functionality and availability of supplies/implants.
  • Maintain minimum years of experience and possess current required certifications and licenses.
  • Live within a 25-mile radius.
  • Be a graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program (BSN highly desired).
