Our New Graduate Nurse RN Residency program is a year-long program designed to give you hands-on experience to help establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills. As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, you will be surrounded by a supportive community that shepherds you through the transition from student nurse to registered nurse.

Belton Regional Medical Center is an 80+ bed acute care facility located in Belton and serving southern Jackson and northern Cass counties. We are one of 10 HCA Healthcare Midwest Health System hospitals in Kansas City, offering a full range of inpatient and outpatient services.
