We are seeking an Executive Assistant to maintain organization, manage calendars, emails, and correspondence for our Managing Partner.
The ideal candidate will be resourceful, a good problem solver, work well with all types of personalities, and have superior organization skills with a focus on follow-up.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask, manage complex schedules, meet deadlines, and provide administrative support.
Duties include running business errands, maintaining virtual files, assisting with creating outgoing correspondence, and being the liaison between SMC and CB.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word, is required.
Additional responsibilities include preparing meeting minutes, following up with action items, booking travel, and managing social media.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced office environment with exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of administration experience.
