Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned financial professional with a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial teams, developing and implementing financial strategies, and providing insightful financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage federal, state, and local tax reporting and compliance.
  • Oversee accounting department processes and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with 401k rules.
  • Prepare timely monthly Profit and Loss statements by branch.
  • Supervise accounting staff, including AR and AP performance and strategy.
  • Develop and monitor financial performance metrics.
  • Analyze monthly financials and relevant data to provide insight at the leadership level.
  • Work with the executive team to guide organization strategy.
  • Assist in managing banking relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide cash flow projections based on changing circumstances to assist with capital expenditures revolving around rental fleet and inventory purchases.
  • Oversee total company data, provide relevant reporting from different company systems to assist company in financial decision making.
  • Oversee merchant services debit and credit card processing and fees.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and/or CPA.
  • 7-10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
  • Experience with EOS management system preferred.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary ($120-150k) depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation, sick, and holiday pay, 401k retirement contribution, and use of rental equipment upon availability and approval at a 40% discount.
