Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct and manage the planning and execution of construction projects.
2. Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure project designs are effectively implemented.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, accounting for all administrative tasks and site activities.
4. Liaise with builders, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

11. Effective negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
12. Knowledge of construction and project management regulations.
13. PMP certification is a plus.
