Key Responsibilities:- Manage construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion
- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
