Requirements and Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited institution
* Possess current pharmacy license in good standing, issued by the relevant state licensing authority
* Have completed an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program, demonstrating expertise in immunization administration and management
