About the Role

The Executive Director will play a critical role in shaping the future of the Union County Community Action, Inc. This position requires a seasoned leader with expertise in program development, staff management, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative programs that address the social and economic needs of the community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, foundations, and corporate partners to secure funding and resources.
  • Mentor and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Represent the organization at local, state, and national levels, advocating for policy changes and best practices.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as Public Administration or Social Work.
  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in program development, staff management, and community outreach.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, budgeting, and financial management.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
