U-Haul is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented U-Box Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a U-Box Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of U-Box containers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a flatbed truck and transport U-Box containers to and from customers' homes and businesses.
  • Load and unload U-Box containers, ensuring they are properly secured and delivered to the correct location.
  • Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Clean motor vehicle driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Department of Transportation certification.
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL).

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes or chemicals.

May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
