Job Summary

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a seasoned Emergency Department professional to assume the role of Assistant Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and educate a dedicated team of nurses, ensuring the delivery of exceptional emergency care to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Provide effective leadership to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to ensure ongoing professional development and competency of nursing personnel.
  • Recruit, hire, and orient staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and coaching for professional growth.
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency nursing, with demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.
  • Current certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
