Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in Washington, DC. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing high-volume inquiries and conflicts, coordinating complex meeting logistics, and ensuring proper prioritization of executive's time. This is a temporary position starting through the end of January, with potential to extend, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $32-$36 depending on experience.

About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, email management, and data entry.
- Manage high-volume inquiries and conflicts while providing complex calendaring and scheduling.
- Coordinate all high-level and complex meeting logistics: draft agendas, prepare materials, take minutes, etc.
- Ensure proper prioritization of executive's time, focusing on high-value activities.
- Handle logistics and itineraries for complex travel arrangements.
- Track and prepare expense reports.
