About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO of a well-established academic non-profit. This role provides all-around administrative, logistical, development, and event support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a dynamic calendar and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and other key stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, events, and conferences
  • Assist the development team with donor-related initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and execution
  • Support the annual award process, showcasing attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of 2+ years of professional administrative experience, preferably in higher education or non-profit sectors
  • Superb customer service skills, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients and colleagues alike
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, enabling seamless coordination of multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Professional communication and writing skills, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for growth and professional development.
