About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Mechanical Engineering to lead our team in designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and components. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of detailed engineering documentation, including CAD designs, specifications, and technical reports.

With a focus on improving efficiency, throughput, and overall system performance, this role requires advanced mechanical engineering expertise and strong leadership skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into manufacturing processes and drive innovation efforts.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree and prior experience managing a Mechanical Engineering Team are also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components
  • Applies advanced engineering methodologies to solve complex problems and optimize designs
  • Oversees the production of detailed engineering documentation
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into manufacturing processes
