About the Role

As a Senior Project Coordinator at Way Engineering, you will play a key part in our success by assisting in the development of project plans and specifications. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with BIM/Design Teams, construction, and executive management teams.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or 4 years of experience in a project management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
