The Role
We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions between patients, providers, and payers. Your day-to-day tasks will include phone answering, appointment scheduling, and patient registration. Additionally, you will assist with insurance applications, process requests for records and referrals, and perform other general office duties as assigned. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in administrative tasks and contribute to creating a positive patient experience.
