ACERTUS is seeking dedicated Regional Vehicle Operators to safely and efficiently transport passenger vehicles within the local area. We value team-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Enjoy a flexible schedule with the opportunity to work up to 29 hours weekly. Availability is required from Wednesday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This is a Part-Time role.

WE OFFER:
  • $16/hr.
  • Wednesday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • $250 - $500 Driver Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn rewards
WE REQUIRE:
  • Must be at least 23 years old.
  • Candidates over 65 will undergo an additional review process for insurance purposes.
  • Those over 65 must provide a letter of insurability from their personal physician.
  • Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use in customer vehicles or at service locations.
  • Minimum of one year of driving experience.
  • Proficient in operating a smartphone/device and various applications.
  • Willingness to drive in diverse weather and road conditions.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 150 miles from the office.
  • Ability to enter and exit various vehicles (cars, vans, box trucks, etc.) and operate assigned vehicles.
  • Experience with larger vehicles (e.g., vans, box trucks) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of laws governing motor vehicle operation on public roads.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance (clean collared shirt, neat shorts/pants, well-groomed).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver vehicles to customers at their residences or businesses, ensuring a presentable appearance and conducting an Electronic Condition Report on the vehicle. Return to the shop via Uber (paid by ACERTUS) or a company chase car.
  • Pick up customer vehicles and return them to the hub, maintaining a professional appearance and performing an Electronic Condition Report. Travel to the pickup location via Uber (paid by ACERTUS) or a company chase car.
  • Transport vehicles for servicing, repairs, or detailing, returning them to the hub after completion. If the vehicle will be at the shop for an extended period, take an Uber back (paid by ACERTUS) or have a company chase car follow.
  • Conduct inventory and inspections on the lot as needed.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with clients and management.
  • Present electronic and hard copies of vehicle-related documents.
  • Submit necessary documents for processing.
  • Perform minor interior/exterior clean-up tasks (vacuuming, disposal of items, courtesy washes, etc.).
  • Be prepared to perform all tasks as needed based on daily volume.
  • Be ready to undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
