Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Human Resources Clerk to join our team at AutoZone. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the administration of the human resources function, maintaining HR information systems, and providing customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input new hire information and update changes to HR database.
  • Process weekly payroll adjustments.
  • Process daily attendance forms and input occurrences into HR database, and log attendance calendars.
  • Maintain personnel files and the filing of applications and resumes.
  • Provide customer service to DC employees by answering basic questions concerning benefits and payroll.
  • Accounts payable, processing all incoming invoices and liaison with vendors.

Requirements:

  • Level of Education: High School or equivalent.
  • Years of Experience: One to two years.
  • Type of Experience: Accounts payable, proficient in keyboarding, computer literate, knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access.
