About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our office, including reception duties, facility management, and event planning. You will be responsible for greeting guests, interacting with facilities staff, and assisting with events. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and service guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Interact with facilities staff, including external suppliers and contractors
  • Assist with events planning, including conference room bookings
  • Provide telephone coverage, responding to inquiries and taking detailed messages
  • Maintain calendars and set up internal and external meetings

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in reception-related roles, preferably in financial institutions or corporate environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in handling queries and issues
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. They will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $60,000-$65,000 plus bonus opportunities.
