Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Float Pool

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Float Pool team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
