We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit, utilizing your expertise to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of respect and empathy.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 2 years current nursing experience in Oncology or Intermediate/Medical/Surgical or Critical Care.
- ACLS and CCRN Certification preferred.
- Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract.
