Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer Tactical Coordinator to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the process area teams to mitigate area capacity risks and provide an operational corridor that enables development pace to meet program timelines and goals.

This role requires a strong understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing process flow, general fab flow, and area processing equipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve systemic area issues impacting equipment throughput, human deviation, and cycle time.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving projects and initiatives to successful outcomes, with a strong ability to lead teams and set short and long-term visions. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collect and accurately interpret data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the process area teams to mitigate area capacity risks and provide an operational corridor that enables development pace to meet program timelines and goals.
  • Identify and solve systemic area issues impacting equipment throughput, human deviation, and cycle time.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve area operational management techniques and tools.
  • Collect and accurately interpret data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of fab manufacturing experience.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process flow, general fab flow, and area processing equipment.
  • Proven track record of driving projects and initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Strong ability to lead teams and set short and long-term visions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collect and accurately interpret data.
