Manufacturing Engineer Job Description

A well-established manufacturer in the industry is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial production and mechanical engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement engineering standards and procedures using manufacturing best practices.
2. Participate in design reviews and quality assurance evaluations to ensure product quality and efficiency.
3. Review and approve technical documents, including drawings, routings, and specifications.
4. Design and procure tools and equipment to improve manufacturing processes.
5. Identify and resolve production problems, and lead training sessions to improve assembler skills.
6. Prepare and manufacture prototypes as needed, utilizing concurrent engineering principles.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
4. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
