The Evening Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for providing turndown services for guest accommodations. This role involves cleaning and refreshing guest rooms as necessary and performing additional housekeeping tasks as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related sector.

Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively.

Quickly assess and choose among various options in high-pressure situations.

Demonstrate strong listening skills to understand and address the concerns of guests and colleagues.

Primary Duties:
Engage with guests and team members in a welcoming, service-oriented manner.


Maintain consistent attendance in line with company standards, with schedules varying based on hotel needs.


Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag while on duty.

Adhere to all company policies and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Provide turndown services for designated guest rooms and suites.

Refresh and clean guest rooms as required.

Restock the necessary supplies for guest rooms during each shift.

Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.

Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest accommodations.

Ensure all hallways, public spaces, and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and vacuumed.

Report any maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.

Handle lost and found items according to established protocols.

Additional Responsibilities:
Follow all procedures as outlined by the Housekeeping Manager.

Perform other duties as assigned.
