Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS CEDAR BLUFF. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize mobile software to track room status and work orders to ensure efficient cleaning and inspection.
  • Assist Room Attendants in cleaning guest rooms and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
  • Inventory and manage cleaning supplies and linen stock to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of storage rooms and stock carts.
  • Investigate and address concerns regarding housekeeping service and equipment.
  • Attend and conduct housekeeping team meetings as required.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with staff at all times.
  • Assist in preparing for brand audits and implementing improvements.
  • Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Inspect rooms, halls, and lobbies for stains, damage, or wear, and record inspection results.
  • Communicate with other hotel departments regarding problems that need attention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in all aspects of Hotel Housekeeping required.
  • Supervisory experience in hospitality required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
