Job Overview

Kana Hotel Group is committed to delivering exceptional service and quality to our guests. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to prioritize cleaning tasks and ensure efficient room assignments.
  • Assist Room Attendants in maintaining a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Inventory and manage cleaning supplies and linen stock to maintain budget control.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping service or equipment.
  • Attend and participate in housekeeping team meetings to discuss best practices and share knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with staff and guests at all times.
  • Assist in preparing for brand audits and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
